I don't get this tradition, but I got two wet kisses out of it! This whole tree-finding experience was a little traumatizing, though. As soon as mom went to grab the tree to hold it up I started crying thinking it was attacking her. Now I am used to the idea of having a tree in our house and I even tried to fix a broken branch, but it was all strange at first!!!
