My Grumpa Mark(Pumpa), Grandma Judy(Mama), and Auntie Cris(Tis or Tish) came for a visit last weekend. We had SO much fun that I didn't want them to go! I gave them the saddest face I could come up with (and I think they almost cancelled their flight)!
When they all got here, I was so excited I was laughing in the carseat! I took them on a walk through Old Town Sherwood, with a stop at a couple of my favorite places...the library and the park (not the one with water, but another one). After our nice walk, we came home, got ready for dinner, and took Daddy to a Birthday Dinner at Gustav's. I was SO pooped when I got home!
The next morning, I woke up with Grandma and Auntie Cris while Mommy slept in! After everyone was ready, they took me to the Evergreen Aviation Museum, and boy did we go on a good day! They had a TANK there that we got to ride on (and as an early Birthday Present, Grandma and Grumpa bought me a membership, so we all got to ride free - except Grumpa who had to stay back to take pictures)! We also got to tour a real WWII plane, and Auntie Cris has some pictures of me peeking out the top from the radio control "room." We saw all the guns, and I even got to touch the HUGE bullets!!!! We saw the potty hole on the side of the plane, and I told my mom that I might potty train faster if she installed one of those on the side of the house.
After our time with the Airplanes, we went to lunch and then headed home to play and get ready to take everyone to the airport. At first I thought we were just going to look at planes, but when I woke up in my carseat and saw everyone leaving, I freaked out! I was SO sad!!!! The whole ride home, I kept crying and asking my mom if Pumpa, Mama, Tis and Shinoo (Shiner is Aunt Cris' Cat) were coming on the airplane. I still ask everytime I hear a plane, or anytime we go to do something fun! I really miss them!!!
Oh, and they brought my drum set up, which mommy would like to tell them THANKS A LOT, since the first thing I do every morning is go play on them! We even made Gwyn play them - I think she is a natural!
