Daddy's Little Helper!!!

I am such a helper. Every time dad mistakenly puts a dish in this contraption I try to pull it out and put it away for him!

Got Milk???

There's nothin like kickin back on the couch with my favorite sippy cup full of milk!

Mommmmm! I think it's broken!!!

Look, no milk mustache! Wanna kiss?

Oh my goodness, I am SO full that I just passed out! UGH!!!

BERRY PICKING!!!

On Sunday before Grandma and Auntie Cris had to fly home, we all went rasberry picking. These two Californians had quite a bit to learn about workin the fields!

Here we are preparing for the hike up to the berry patches. None of us realized that the boxes to hold the berries were at the bottom of the hill until we were all at the top.

Without our boxes, we all decided to do a taste test. What we didn't realize was that we were in the wrong field and none of these berries were ripe. They were VERY tart!!!

After the Californians got their box and the Oregonians got their basket, we all headed back to the wrong field to gather some wild sour berries! Grandma and Auntie Cris made a game out of it!

Here they are being "hippie-ized." I was the supervisor, making sure they only picked the best berries!

Here's daddy showing me how to correctly pick a berry on the wrong bush. If I could talk, I would have told him that the good berries were in the field up the hill!

Here's daddy trying to sneak a berry to me, but I didn't want the sour one!

Grandma needs a little more practice berry hunting. She kept wondering where her berries were going. It is hard for her to do two things at once, like pick a berry and hold your box straight!

Grandma was trying to convince Daddy that the black ones on the bush were the best ones. I don't think rasberries are supposed to be black!

Here's mom and dad's basket full 'o' berries.

And here's Grandma's box 'o' berry! I think she was snacking on them!

Berry hunting is hard work, and it was hard to find the right ones...until we realized that we had to go to the other field.

Here's Grandma and Cris trying to escape the sprinkler! Grandma thinks she is the Chiquita Banana Lady with her box on top of her head.

Here's dad carrying my up the big hill to the good rasberries. Yo ho, yo ho, its off to work we go!

Here are the YUMMY, SWEET rasberries, not the TART, SOUR who-knows-what-they-are berries.

Now we all cracked down and tried to make up time getting the good berries.

Here is another picture of Grandma and Auntie Cris trying to outrun the sprinkler. Can you see them? They are little specks by the big water spout.

This is the life! I got to kick back while everyone else did the work!

Now that is the ultimate berry! It doesn't take much to amuse us!!!

Here's my picture with daddy! He carried me the WHOLE dang berry-pickin time!

Here's me, mommy and the infamous berry basket! We look like pros!

This is my hat that flew off during our berry picking adventure and was run over by a car that was lost and was driving through the fields. GEEZ!!!

Those Californians!!!

It was 90 degrees outside, and those crazy Californians were outside soaking up the sun! Mom and dad were hiding their white buns inside in the air conditioning!

Farmer's Market and the Zoo, WOO HOO!!!

Here are some pictures of my Saturday with Grandma Judy and Auntie Cris. We went to the Portland Farmer's Market and then the Portland Zoo. I liked to watch the people more than the animals. Grandma and Auntie Cris took me out so mom and dad could have a Garage Sale. Mom and Dad slacked off, though, and only made $15!!! I guess Sherwood isn't a big Garage Sale town!!!

Grandma is quite the magician. She made us walk sideways!!!

Hey, where's your fruit basket??? If you go to the Farmer's Market, you HAVE to have a fruit basket!!!

Here is Auntie Cris pushing me around the Farmer's Market. We bought some yummy berries, tomatoes and Snickerdoodle Kettle Corn.

Now Auntie Cris is on my level. I didn't want to make her feel inferior by having to walk behind me all of the time!

Allright...I think we're ready for the zoo! Can I give the bears my fruit puffs?

WOAH, Auntie Cris has long arms!!!!

I think Grandma lost an arm playing with the bears!

Here's the bear that ate Grandma's arm. Anyone wanna go in and get it for her?

I think Auntie Cris is leaning towards the dollar sign. I don't think that's a tough decision. :)

Holy cow!!! What the heck is THAT thing. That is the first animal that I have seen that is actually bigger than Trigger!!!

If you look closely, you can see the elephant behind Auntie Cris' head!

Oh no!!! Where's Grumpa to save me from this goofy hat????

Hey ladies, ever been with a tiger?

Here you can really see the elephant over Grandma's head. I took this picture, wink wink! :)

Why is everyone laughing at me? Should I roar?

Okay, this has gone too far. If you want me to wear goofy things then you have to put goofy things on too. Don't be a hypocrit!!!

Here's me and Grandma harrasing the polar bear. Thank goodness he was swimming in the background. I think Grandma can run faster than me!

Grandma Judy and Auntie Cris Arrived!!!

Here I am playing with Grandma Judy and Auntie Cris after they flew in. They brought Mommy and Auntie Cris' Farmhouse that they used to play with. That toy is the best (and it still moo's)!

Grandma Judy even bought me new farm animals to go with barn, since all she had left was the cow.

I had to show off my standing skills. Mom and dad are used to my tricks now, but Grandma and Auntie Cris were impressed!

I think Grandma is getting fresh with me!

I can easily amuse these two ladies!
