Requested By Grandma Pam

Here are some pictures of our progress in the kitchen as requested by Grandma Pam. The sun has been out, so mom has been making dad play outside with her instead of working on the kitchen. He worked on it this weekend, though, and here a some pictures of what he has done. The wood holding up the middle of the bar is not stained yet. :)

I think it is lookin pretty spiffy. I can't wait for it to be done so mommy can make my yummy squash and oatmeal mix on it.

My New Bad Habit

Grumpa taught me this new bad habit, but I one upped him. My cigar is WAY bigger than any in his house.

She bought this cigar as a dog toy for Maverick (Auntie Cris' dog), but I liked it and played with it. The Halgren House does not encourage infant cigar smoking in any way, shape or form. :)

Sippy Cup

Since I kept stealing mom and dad's cups, they decided to let me have my sippy cup. Now all I ever want is my sippy cup!

Asleep At Dinnertime

I was really bored when mom and dad were eating dinner, so I fell asleep. Then, I woke up and fell asleep again!

My New Pool

My mom and dad bought me a new pool since I have been doing so well in the bathtub. The only problem was...the water was too cold to go in, and it still hasn't heated up enough for me to enjoy. I got all dressed up in my swim trunks and my sunscreen, and I sat out there while dad blew the pool up. I enjoyed watching dad get exhausted trying to inflate the pool, though.


But then...

Dad decided to enjoy the pool for himself while I took a nap. No fair!!!

My First Park Trip

Mom and Dad FINALLY took me to a park. We have three within walking distance, but I never got to go. Mom dressed me up like a dork again, but I had a lot of fun!

Another Food Picture

Yep, that's squish ("squash") in my eyebrow. There was oatmeal on my forehead, too, but it is hard to see in the picture. Mom was pretty covered, too.

MY swing!!!

I got to take a ride on my swing for the first time. I watched the ground fly by as I was swinging. It was fun! I can't wait to try out the fort!

New Wall Hangings

Dad and mom are trying to finally decorate the walls, but they didn't have any pictures. I think I make a pretty good lookin wall hanging, what about you?!

I LOVE baths now!!!

I absolutely love bath time now. My parents are thrilled! I even play with my little squirty toys, which so happen to be good censor tools too. :) No peeks unless you change my diaper!

GREEN BEANS!!!

I had my first experience with green beans this weekend. I thought they were DELICIOUS, but daddy was grossed out by them. I think he was mostly grossed out by the color they made when they mixed with the oatmeal, but I didn't care. I like anything!

Wow, what a workout!!!

Mom and dad took me for a long walk and I was just exhausted. I fell asleep on the way home, and this is how they left me!

Okay mom, geez!

I thought I was safe this time when mom said we were taking the duck out for a walk. I thought there was no way she was going to dress me up like a duck...but I was wrong! Everyone who walked by us would look in the stroller and then give mom and dad a funny look. Someday when they are in wheelchairs and can't move I will get my revenge!

Dad was mad at mom for making me wear this outfit, but I think I looked pretty cool. Just call me DUCKMAN!!! Quack Quack!

I don't understand why mom and dad were laughing when they were taking this picture. Does my head look big or something?

Isn't this so cute!!! I have been practicing for five and a half months, and I am now able to get my thumb straight in my mouth without poking my eyes!

Mom was trying to take a cute picture of dad and great grandma, but dad always goofs off. At least I know I will always be entertained!

Here I am with my Great Grandma. I was having a lot of fun playing with her until I noticed the colorful eggs and got distracted. I am glad that I got to see her. I haven't seen her since Christmas!!!

Here's My Grandpa Dave

Here I am learning how to make a bonfire in the house, and how to steal my Uncle Jared and Uncle Trent's easter eggs without them knowing. Grandpa Dave is always up to something. He told me that as soon as I come down and it is sunny he will have me paddling out to go surfing. Don't tell my mommy, though. I don't think she would be very happy with that!
